These poster concepts for McDonald's Australia were developed in response to a study focussing on the use of food photography in mass media advertisements. In the promotion of "healthy" menu items at the restaurant, such as salads and smoothies, McDonald's requested that correlating promotional materials feature these new products, as well as classic choices - such as the cheeseburger. Existing McDonald's branding colours, combined with a clean, simple and fresh background, aim to appeal to both new and current customers.
